What helps us help you

• Your phone (iPhone or Android model) and its system version
• The App's version, shown in Settings → About
• Your city and the calculation method you use, if it's about prayer times
• The language the App is in, if it's about wording

Purchases and refunds

If Adhan Pro doesn't show after you buy or reinstall, open the Adhan Pro screen in the App and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account or Google Account. Billing and refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play's refund process.

Your data

Your prayer log, settings and Focus choices stay on your phone; we have no account or copy of them. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
